1. Timings: It’s really important you arrive on time for your appointment ‐ We really want you to have the best experience with us. We are generally booked far in advance and each client is dedicated a time for us to focus purely on them. We are rarely able to move appointments so late arrival will result in us being unable to treat you or have less time to apply eyelashes.
2. Preparation
1: Please arrive wearing no mascara, heavy eyeliner or under eye make‐up or we may be unable to treat you due to the removal time. Oil would be required to remove it just before the appointment and this means the eyelash extensions applied will not last. 3. Preparation
2: Please thoroughly remove all eye‐makeup the night before in the shower ‐ really focus on the eyelash roots! Just using face wipes on the day doesn't properly remove mascara and means your eyelashes really won’t last as long! If you are coming from work try to avoid mascara that day. You must not get your eyelash extensions wet for 24 hrs following the appointment so you may wish to wash your hair on the morning prior.
4. During the procedure: We love meeting our clients are we can chat up until the point of application, at which point we need you to be as still as possible. Many clients love to use the time to get a much needed sleep or catch up on a podcast. It’s your treatment and we want you to enjoy it!
5. Aftercare: We want your eyelashes to last as long as possible. We will, of course, discuss aftercare at the appointment but please read and refer to https://harlow.studio/pages/lash-care
6. Rebalance: Following your first appointment, we would love to see you again. We work strictly on a first come first served basis. If you wish to maintain your eyelashes with rebalance appointments please book these far in advance ‐ The majority of clients see us every 21 ‐35 days depending on their lash cycle, aftercare and design applied. We will advise on this following your application.
7. Cancelation policy:
A full 48 hour’s notice is required to any change to the appointment time or date otherwise there will be a charge of 50% of the total service cost.

Any cancellation made less than than 48h before the appointment scheduled, including no shows due to traffic or any unforeseen circumstances, there will be a charge of 90% of the total service cost. Payment will be deducted from your card on file.
